Westfinder was founded by Justine Elmendorff, a seasoned professional with experience in project management for renowned international organizations such as the United Nations and Doctors Without Borders.

After relocating to the UK in 2003 and earning a Master of Education, she spent 10 years teaching and actively engaging in local charities and educational initiatives. This fusion of personal immersion and professional expertise became the cornerstone of our company's ethos.

Armed with a deep appreciation and understanding of South West England (aka, Wessex) and its educational landscape, Justine provides tailored services that cater to the unique requirements of each family.
